About the Role
ARKATIRE LLC is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager – Fleet Sales to grow and manage our commercial and fleet accounts division.  This role is responsible for developing new fleet partnerships, strengthening existing commercial relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through strategic prospecting, networking, and account management.  If you are competitive, self-motivated, and thrive on building long-term business relationships, this is an opportunity to grow with a respected, locally owned automotive service company.

Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new fleet and commercial accounts
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and service fleets
  • Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations
  • Attend local networking events and community functions
Account Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for fleet clients
  • Ensure excellent service experience and issue resolution
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with key accounts
Strategic Growth
  • Develop and execute a commercial sales growth plan
  • Track KPIs including new accounts, revenue growth, and retention
  • Collaborate with service advisors and operations team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in developing pricing structures and fleet programs
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management (automotive or fleet preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and competitive drive
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Knowledge of tire and automotive services
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
